What's included
The three Essential templates are free. Each $4.99 collection includes eight layouts and three versions per layout (main, reply and no-photo): 24 HTML and 24 PNG files, a plain-text signature, a reusable profile file and installation instructions. The $9.99 Complete Collection includes Portrait, Clean and Classic: 72 HTML and 72 PNG files. Taxes may be added at checkout.
One-time purchases are not subscriptions. The license covers one person's own professional identities. You may update your contact details and re-export while the service is available. Reselling or distributing our template collections, team management and custom design services are not included.
Files and online access
Downloaded files are yours to keep and use. Save your ZIP and profile file. Online editing, order recovery and exports are available while this service operates; future themes, indefinite hosting of images and support for every future email client are not included.
Images and professional information
You are responsible for rights to logos/photos and accuracy of your role, credentials and links. HTML uses your public HTTPS image URLs; local uploads are used in PNGs and bundled as assets for manual insertion in your email editor. A PNG does not preserve separate clickable contact links. You provide your own approved disclaimer wording. Templates are not legal advice and do not certify regulatory or professional compliance.
Refunds
Within 14 days of payment, open Your purchase, restore the order using your private receipt and checkout email, and request a full refund. Kitmaple submits the request through Creem after verifying the purchase. A second click confirms the full refund request. Exports pause while a request is processing. Creem and your payment provider determine completion time.
If the result is uncertain, keep the same purchase link and check again; we do not automatically submit duplicate refund requests. If self-service is unavailable, the window has passed, or you need billing help, contact hello@kitmaple.com with your order reference. Statutory rights and Creem's applicable buyer terms still apply. Refunds end future online access and cannot retrieve previously downloaded files.
Compatibility and help
Gmail, Outlook and other clients can alter copied formatting or block remote images. Follow the installation guide and test a received message before relying on it. Kitmaple is independent of Google, Microsoft, brokerages, schools and professional associations.
