Drafts and images

Your draft and uploaded images are stored in this browser's local storage. Clear details removes the current draft and uploaded images here. Saving a profile file includes your contact text and public image URLs, but not uploaded images or payment credentials.

Previewing a public image URL contacts that image's host. Anyone receiving a signature with that URL can access the image. We do not host these images.

Exports

Contact text and public image URLs are sent to the Kitmaple Worker when you request an export. They are used to format the response and are not saved to your order, analytics or application logs. Uploaded images are processed locally for PNG and ZIP creation.

Payments and recovery

Creem handles checkout and payment information. Kitmaple saves the purchased collection/version, payment identifiers, checkout email and entitlement state to deliver and restore your purchase and process refunds. Your private purchase link and receipt grant access; keep them private. A transactional receipt is sent through Resend. We do not send marketing emails.

Measurement

Anonymous counters record events such as page views, collection selections, exports and checkout starts. They contain no contact text or images. Cloudflare provides hosting and may measure performance and process network information. Temporary IP-based rate limiting is kept in memory; the app does not store IP addresses in its counters.

Pending orders normally expire after two days. Paid order records support recovery while the service operates, subject to refunds and retention needed for payment obligations. Anonymous counters are retained for up to 400 days. For data questions, email hello@kitmaple.com.
