What do I get in a paid collection?

Eight layouts, each with a full signature, a compact reply signature and a no-photo version. The ZIP contains 24 HTML and 24 PNG files, a plain-text signature, your profile and installation instructions. The Complete Collection includes all three current collections: 72 HTML and 72 PNG files. No subscription or promise of future themes.

Can I use the PNG as my email signature?

You can insert it as an image, but a PNG does not contain individual clickable phone, website or social links. Use HTML for clickable contact details and accessible text. Gmail and Outlook may block images or change formatting; send a test email after installing.

Will my photo work after I copy the HTML?

HTML uses the public photo/logo URLs you provide. Local uploads are included in PNGs and the ZIP assets; add them manually with your email editor if you do not have public URLs. A file from your computer is not automatically hosted on the internet.

Does this manage signatures for a team?

Each purchase is for one person's own professional identities. Change your details and export again while the service is available. Team administration, resale of templates and custom design services are not included.

Do I need an account, and how do refunds work?

No Kitmaple account is needed. Creem asks for payment and receipt details at checkout. Keep your private receipt to restore access. Within 14 days, use Your purchase to request a full refund through Creem; exceptional billing issues go to hello@kitmaple.com. Refunds stop future exports and cannot retrieve files already downloaded.
